This sweet man is losing his four year battle with cancer. After submitting himself to 4 different chemo therapies, enduring stereotactic radiation to lesions in his brain, several seizures, surviving radiation to a tumor in the lung and too many CT scans, MRIs, blood tests, and parking fees to count, he is now at MD Anderson Cancer Center one last time where the Drs. are trying to help him with his shortness of breath and the anxiety that it brings. Our family has created Veldon’s Blog to honor him and to keep friends and family informed about his condition.

I love the old picture of you and Veldon. That is classic. I think that picture of him in the bottom right looks so much like the pictures of Tyson on Gina's blog. He looks like a general authority in the wedding one.
I'm so sorry he's not doing very well. I, too, and praying for your family, and my parents as well. I'm glad they can be around to help in whatever little ways they can.
We LOVE the pictures you have posted here. You look just like Gina, Joyce. How sweet it was for me to see Veldon today, just for a minute. Vern has cherished his times to be with Veldon.
