Special Occasion Cakes

I like looking at cakes I have made and decorated for special occasions. In most cases I have also been asked to "cut the cake". It is very sad to put a lot of planning, cooking, and decorating into the finished product only to start stabbing and cutting it within minutes of delivering it to the party. So, I make sure the cake tastes delicious and after I eat a piece I am happy again.
